You can turn one coffee break into a breakthrough for a family in need.
We’re out of space.
ONE donation drive December 7th filled 4 office spaces to the brim.
For months, we’ve been on a donation freeze and unable to accept more items despite the growing needs of children in our community experiencing foster care.
To meet these needs, we’ve stepped out in faith and expanded into a warehouse — our Hive. We are going to be paying rent monthly for both our office spaces we’ve been utilizing and this 1920 square feet piece of warehouse, but we need YOUR help to make remaining here monthly possible.
This won’t just provide crisis care for families in need, but holistic community support and resources for their journey — from beginning to end.

Bee the change - turn each honeycomb golden!
Each honeycomb represents $25 — making a full Hive enough to cover our monthly rent for Honey from the Rock.
Each of the honeycomb holds 5 slots. Each slot represents a $5 donation, so grab your own “hive” of friends to join you in giving and fill a comb today!
Your one-time donation is a powerful contribution to our 5 for the Hive mission, helping us cover essential rent costs and support those in need. We simply can’t do this without you.
Your support will allow us to have a space to offer

the making of the Hive
I got a call, out of the blue, from Focus on the Family wanting to bless us with 2,000 duffle bags, 2,000 Bibles, and 2,000 stuffed animals this March.
“We would absolutely be honored to receive that!” I said, while frantically looking around the 4 (completely stuffed) office spaces we outgrew in just one day.
Lord, if it’s Your will to expand this mission, You’re going to have to do what only You can.
One week later we were offered to expand into the warehouse space on the other side of our hallway. My Vice President and I walked the space and while I was praying out loud we noticed a small bead. Somehow one of the “drops of honey” beads from my desk at the front office space made its way onto the floor of the exact area we were offered. “I’M NOT MOVING — GRAB A SHARPIE,” I squealed before declaring that the Lord is on the move for Cleveland. “We’re standing in miracles in the making,” I whispered.
Our office space and this warehouse expansion comes with a price tag starting in March — the thought kept coming back again and again. I know monthly support groups would help retain families, but I can’t swing the costs with that. How am I going to do this.
Lord, if it’s Your will to expand this mission, You’re going to have to do what only You can.
That’s how 5 for the Hive was born. We’re believing that Cleveland has a heart for coming alongside families in trauma and transition. We’re believing that it’s worth giving up:
-one coffee a month
-a fast food meal a month
-a vending machine snack a month
-a pack of gum or candy each week
to allow our volunteer and donation-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit to come alongside families in need.
With your support, we can keep up physically with what the Lord is doing in Cleveland
