Deciding between curbside pickup and in-store shopping?

With either selection you’ll fill out a registration form to ensure we have options for the children in your home in stock.

Curbside Pick-Up

This is a custom care package created by one of our worker bees - therefore, you will not have control over the items selected. This is a convenient option because you’ll be pulling right up to our sidewalk, comfortable in your car, and our team will bring your items to you. If you’re short on time and not particular about the items you receive, this is a great option!

In-store Shopping

This is a great choice for the child wanting control over their choices. Trying on their outfits, selecting pieces that represent their personal style, trying on shoes, picking their own toys — all of that gives them a level of dignity that we absolutely know they are worthy of. We do not offer open shopping hours and this is a private booking experience. A volunteer worker bee will be present for any assistance you may need!

Is this an emergency placement and you NEED items outside of our normal pickup hours? Click below and we’ll be in touch to confirm when you’re receiving the child(ren).

Please note that we only serve foster, kinship, recently reunified biological and adoptive families (within 6 months of reunification/adoption),Safe Families Cleveland host families, and youth in the Bridges program. We only serve families with children CURRENTLY in their care. As part of the registration process you MUST include your caseworker name and e-mail, so please only select a time knowing you will be required to provide that information.

  • Simply select the in-store boutique shopping option!

  • This may depend on what is currently in the Closet, but our goal is to provide each child with a 1-1.5 week “bridge” of items such as clothing, shoes, hygiene products, and additional goods such as diapers and formula. Our experience is personalized and we can’t wait to chat with you about what you need most, so be sure to make note of any special needs on your registration form!

  • You can shop 4 times per year, per child experiencing care. Come seasonally, or back-to-back! Whatever you need.
